A Little About Our History

Two entire days of lectures with national and international speakers; exhibition of products and equipment for printer cartridges recycling. This is the way Reciclamais has celebrated its first anniversary in August 2002. The event was held in a hotel meeting room in São Paulo with the attendance of only 7 exhibitors. From this event arose the idea of transforming this celebration in an annual exhibition.
In 2003, held then in an more appropriate venue – the Amcham (American Chamber of Commerce), the Reciclamais Expo, with the participation of 33 national and international exhibitors, besides the attendance of approximately 4 thousand people, proved that had enough talent to succeede in this area and from that time on is warranting its space in this market.
In 2004, the third edition of the Reciclamais Expo, held in an exhibition pavilion, the Center Norte, reached so much success that entered definitely into the calendar of international fairs. The milestone of 7 thousand visitors and twice the number of exhibitors confirmed that the fair came to stay.
In 2007, after the association with Recharger Magazine, the show got an extra "international" push and is consolidated as one of the international great shows and an absolute lider in Latin America.
2009 came along with the international crisis, no doubt a window of great opportunity for the printer supply aftermarket and the crescent awareness that Brazil is a rock solid emerging market wich is translating in possibly our greatest show ever, with a large public expectation and several new exhibitors.
